Sunday, November 1 at Chapman Sundays is the official Halloween Hang Over: brunch from noon until 7 PM, then the day party until 10 PM, with sounds by DJ Mr. Rogers, Hi-C, J-Que, GT, Macho and Young Streetz. It’s also the Tech Week Kickoff — the first Sunday of Black Tech Week in Houston — with Sean Mac on the decks.
